Who will putthe Netherlandson the map?
The Prix ArsNova de Cuisine d’Auteur is an annual international competition for professional chefs. It celebrates technique, creativity and a distinctive culinary signature. During the evening presented by The Netherlands Delegation of the Prix ArsNova de Cuisine d’Auteur, we will reveal which chef will represent the Netherlands in the international final.
Founded in 1967 by Claude Taittinger, the prize was formerly known as Le Taittinger.
In the presence of Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger, President of the Endowment Fund Philanthropic ArsNova and Honorary President of Taittinger.
